‍This project in Epping involved the construction of brickwork for a residential development, progressing multiple units from foundation level up through the structural stages. The work focused on delivering high-quality brickwork that aligned with architectural plans while maintaining consistency across the development.

We carried out the laying of both facing brickwork and blockwork, forming external walls, internal partitions, and structural elements. Each course was set out with precision, ensuring accurate line, level, and bond throughout. Openings for windows and doors were formed as part of the build, with lintels and structural supports installed where required.

Careful attention was given to maintaining a consistent finish across all properties, ensuring the external appearance remained clean and uniform. The brickwork was completed in stages, allowing for integration with other trades and ensuring smooth progression of the overall build programme.

As the structures developed, we worked alongside site teams to ensure alignment with roofing, flooring, and service installations. This coordinated approach helped maintain efficiency and avoid delays, keeping the project moving forward as planned.
