‍This project in Slough involved the installation of a reinforced concrete slab, forming a strong and reliable base for a commercial structure. The work required careful planning and precision to ensure the slab met structural requirements and performed well under load over time.

We began by preparing the site and setting out the framework for the slab, ensuring accurate levels and dimensions across the area. Formwork was installed to define the shape and edges, creating a solid boundary for the concrete pour. Following this, we positioned and secured the steel reinforcement (rebar), ensuring correct spacing and coverage throughout to provide the necessary strength and durability.

All reinforcement was installed in line with structural specifications, helping to distribute loads evenly and reduce the risk of cracking. Attention was paid to service penetrations and key connection points, making sure everything was correctly integrated before the concrete was poured.

Once the preparation was complete, the concrete was poured, levelled, and finished to create a smooth and consistent surface. The result is a high-quality reinforced slab designed to provide long-term structural integrity and reliability.
