‍This project in Peterborough involved the full preparation and installation of external paving for a modern residential development. The goal was to create a clean, functional, and visually appealing outdoor space that could handle regular foot traffic while complementing the surrounding buildings.

We began by preparing the ground, ensuring a solid and level sub-base was in place to support the paving long term. This included careful grading and compaction to prevent movement or settlement over time. As part of the groundwork phase, we also installed drainage channels to manage surface water effectively, helping to avoid pooling and maintain a safe, usable surface in all weather conditions.

Once the groundwork was complete, we installed large-format paving slabs across the area, paying close attention to alignment, spacing, and consistency. The layout was designed to create a clean and modern finish, with straight lines leading through the space and tying in with surrounding access points and communal areas.

The result is a durable and low-maintenance paved area that enhances accessibility while improving the overall look and usability of the development. This project highlights our ability to deliver high-standard groundwork and finishing, ensuring both performance and appearance are considered from start to finish.
